Spend the morning at Whiteman
Park, exploring on foot or aboard
the vintage train. With more than
129 bird species recorded, it’s a
haven for birdwatchers. Be sure
to visit Caversham Wildlife Park
to cuddle koalas and meet other
animals like possums, kangaroos
and wallabies. Car enthusiasts can
also explore the Motor Museum
of WA, home to an impressive
collection including a genuine
F1 car.
Savour a leisurely lunch at
Sittella Winery & Restaurant, where
the veranda offers sweeping views
across some of the valley’s most
picturesque vineyards.
In the afternoon, sample the
valley’s wineries and distilleries on a
self-guided tour, or join Swan Valley
Tours’ 'Afternoon in the Valley',
which includes a visit to select
wineries, a microbrewery, and a
chocolate company.
End your day with 昀椀ne dining
at Wild Swan, Mandoon Estate's
award-winning restaurant, or
at Sandalford Wines with their

Hat Awarded restaurant.
Day one begins with breakfast
at Padbury’s Café Restaurant in
Guildford, their famous Meringue
Munro Pancakes are a must. From
here, set out on a day of food, wine
and distillery discovery through the
picturesque valley.
Indulge in sweet treats at Mondo
Nougat and nutty delights at
Morish Nuts or stop at The House
of Honey & The Sticky Spoon Café
to sample mead and browse beeinspired gifts. See unique jewellery,
homewares and gifts at The Tribe
– Swan Valley, then treat yourself
at Whistlers Chocolate Company,
where more than 50 years of
chocolate-making tradition awaits.
Slip in a wine tasting at Olive
Farm Wines where you will
learn about four generations of
winemaking, and sample varietals
you won't 昀椀nd elsewhere. Lunch
is served at the beautiful Upper
Reach Winery, where fresh, seasonal
dishes pair perfectly with vineyard
views. Linger longer after lunch and
settle into your accommodation
at Upper Reach Winery's
charming refurbished workers'
cottage located on the vineyard.
Alternatively, consider Settlers Rest
Farmstay with its friendly animals,
or enjoy golf and gardens while
staying at The Vines Resort.
This afternoon, follow the distillery
trail. Highlights include Limeburners
and Giniversity in the Valley, and Sin
Gin Distillery. End your 昀椀rst day with
a relaxed dinner at Bailey Brewing
Co., where hearty meals and a
welcoming atmosphere make it the
perfect spot to wind down.
Begin day two with a hike at
Bells Rapids, where rushing waters
and rolling hills provide a stunning
backdrop. Enjoy a wine tasting
and vineyard lunch at the historic
Nikola Estate, before exploring the
township of Guildford on one of
their self-guided tours. You can
pick up maps at the Visitor Centre.
As the sun sets, join a Kangaroo
Safari at The Vines Resort, where

the resort’s friendly kangaroos and

Dinner tonight is at The Henley Brook,
a relaxed gastropub with local
wines and craft brews overlooking a
sprawling beer garden.

exploring the Swan Valley. Grab
coffee at Yahava KoffeeWorks
before enjoying a Bush Tucker
Talk & Tasting with Dale Tilbrook at
Mandoon Estate. While you’re here,
