PLANNING A family-friendly trip in Perth and its

wombats and koalas, while the Swan Valley
Cuddly Animal Farm delivers the joy of bottlefeeding lambs and patting friendly farmyard
favourites. On the coastline, AQWA reveals the
magic of WA’s oceans with sea dragons and coral
reefs while closer to the city, Perth Zoo is home to
over 1,300 animals.
Young foodies will enjoy The House of Honey,
Mondo Nougat, Morish Nuts and Whistler’s
Chocolate Company, each serving up tastings.
Or head to Core Cider for orchard picnics,
fruit-picking adventures, and the delight of
seasonal colours.
Discover the history of WA at the WA Museum
Boola Bardip, curious minds will love Scitech,
and The Perth Mint brings science, history, and
hands-on discovery to life. Meanwhile, budding
adventurers can climb aboard heritage trains in
Whiteman Park or Dwellingup and travel through
the bush by railway. Play pirates on the Pirate
Ship Mandurah, or explore shipwreck relics in
Fremantle at the WA Shipwrecks Museum.
