around
ELIZABETH QUAY, PERTH

MADE IT EASY TO GET TO EACH DESTINATION SO YOU CAN EXPLORE IT ALL.
PERTH CITY
From Perth Airport, it’s a 25-minute
drive by taxi or rideshare service to
Perth City, or you can take the new
Airport Link service to arrive in just
18 minutes. Regular bus services are
also available, which you can plan
using Transperth Journey Planner.
Once in the city, get around with
convenience by catching the free
CAT buses. You can also take the
ferry from Elizabeth Quay for a
scenic route to South Perth.
Book through Rottnest Express,
Rottnest Fast Ferries, or SeaLink
Rottnest Island. Once on the island,
cycling is a great way to get
around, or jump aboard the regular
hop-on, hop-off Rottnest Island
Explorer Bus that circuits the island.
The private, seven seater electric
Quokka Hopper transfer also runs
on-demand from Thomson Bay to
Geordie Bay, stopping at a dozen
convenient locations in between.
SWAN VALLEY
FREMANTLE
Located 35 minutes south of
Perth City by car — drive, catch
a bus, take the train following
the Fremantle line, or cruise from
Elizabeth Quay. Once in Fremantle,
the city is easily walkable.
ROTTNEST ISLAND
The most common means of
arriving on Rottnest Island is by ferry
from either Fremantle, Hillarys Boat
Harbour, or Barrack Street Jetty in
the Perth CBD; taking approximately
30, 45, or 90 minutes respectively.

Located 25 minutes northeast of
Perth City by car — drive; catch the
train following the Midland line to
Guildford Station or new Ellenbrook
line to Whiteman Park station; or
take a 15-minute taxi or rideshare
service into the heart of the valley.

vehicle and visit any attraction or
venue, at your leisure. Alternatively,
book a day tour for a hassle-free
journey or, make your way in style
on a cruise up the Swan River,
departing Elizabeth Quay with
Captain Cook Cruises.
SUNSET COAST
The closest beach to Perth City,
City Beach, is located 15 minutes
away by car. Head up or down
the coast by car or bus to explore
the breadth of Perth’s beaches.
ROCKINGHAM
Located 45 minutes south of
Perth City by car — drive or take
the train following the Mandurah
line. Once you arrive, get around
easily with the assistance of
frequent buses. Bus route 555
(Rockingham Shuttle) will take
you direct to the foreshore.

REGION
Located an hour’s drive from
Perth City — drive or take the train
following the Mandurah line. Get
around by car or book a day tour.
PERTH HILLS
Located 35 minutes southeast
of Perth City by car — drive or
